If a rent payment is overdue, we deliver tenants the appropriate notices promptly, and ensure repayment is made in a timely manor, as well as create strategies to ensure it doesn’t continue. 

Rent collections and disputes are an area of property ownership where having professional representation is especially important. We are experts in New Brunswick tenant and owners laws and rights, and will have your back if unfortunate situations occur.

If you don’t get paid, neither do we. If a tenant is delinquent or fails to pay their rent, we will not charge management fees until the rent is paid.

Only pay fees when rent is collected. If your property sits vacant, or the tenant has failed to pay rent, you will not be charged management fees.
Tenant Guarantee
We stand by our extensive screening process. If any of our recommended tenants don't stay for their first full lease term, the owner will not be charged a leasing fee to acquire a new tenant.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with our service, you may terminate the agreement with a 90 day notice. No questions asked!

We handle lease signing, move-in/move-out inspections, collecting damage deposits, routine property inspections and creating and enforcing rules & guidelines specific to your property and needs.

Collections & Evictions

In the unfortunate event that a tenant either needs to be evicted from your property, or is overdue on rent payments, we will swiftly and diligently resolve the situation. Our process is efficient and is designed to cause as little disruption as possible.
